engine Z32 would've been worthwhile, and I agree with him. If the Z32 had been developed as a mid-engine with the VG30DETT and all the other futuristic design characteristics that make it unique (dash design, headlights, slippery shape), it would've been a world class sports car rather than a grand tourer. Think R390, but wattered down and affordable to the masses... And come on dude, who really covets the 2+2 these days anyway? They're a dime a dozen and you can get a nice one for less than $5K. A mid-engine Z32 would've been the performance bargain of the century similar to the NSX (but Nissan would've done it better, they always do IMHO) and also like the NSX would still probably be selling in the U.S., albeit in super low numbers.
